Man Club is a Men’s peer support and mental health group that offers physical activities, adventurous training, brew and butty mornings as well as group and solo gatherings for counselling, peer support and development. Man Club offers a wide range of options to meet new people, get out of your comfort zone and offload stress, anxiety and depression.
