WOW what a turn out honestly we are humbled WHAT A SHOW THAT WAS … unbelievable ears are still ringing  proud of all our boxers win or lose you done us proud.

We’ve had a week from hell with illness to the point we nearly only had half a dozen of our kids boxing … but yous pulled through and marched on.
Thank you for all all the away clubs who came tonight all great people and we couldn’t of done it with out you all.
Young Alfie Frost in a skills bout did well, he’s learning all the time.
Evie Debnath was ill last week but pulled through and got the win by a unanimous decision.She goes again on Sunday in Cannock in the final of the National Development Championships.
Javid Hossini this kid frustrates the life out of me, he is so talented but instead of boxing, which he is exceptionally talented at he proceeds to have a dust up, tonight he boxed to instruction and he performed to perfection picking up a unanimous win and best junior of the night.
Next up Jack Coverdale… this kid is ever present in the gym, he’s been on the end of a couple of dodgy decisions …. Tonight he pulled it out of the bag boxed well, boxed to instruction and deserved the win for all his hard work and dedication.
Callan Taylor … 1st bout, losing to a decent kid on points, but he has learnt so much and I think he will definitely come again and be a very good kid…
Deacon Ellison - not going to make excuses deacon was one of the kids who was ill last week, however tonight was beaten by the better kid on the night… well done to his opponent.
Harrison Williams … this kid is a talented kid … he’s had a baptism of fire, he boxes anyone anytime … generally hasn’t believed in himself … tonight he boxed outstanding.Harry Rathbone, this kid is a one off, so chilled so laid back … he looks everything a boxer isn’t but boy can he fight. We struggled to get him a bout, we had a local kid who has had many more bouts than Harry as our last port of call .. we lost the bout against a cracking little boxer but it was a close bout … experience showed but Harry showed he belongs at that level ! He will come again and I’d love to see that bout again because wow what a bout.
Big Blake Wray … we lost against a good southpaw.. Blake’s power being his down fall, looking for the big shot instead of sticking to his boxing … but he will learn so much from that bout and come again !
Last but not least … Mohammad Amiri… stepped up a weight … absolute barnstormer of a bout !! Against a big strong kid, Mo’s engine was enough to win a close bout, Mo was awarded the best senior of the night in a bout that had the full place on its feet !!
